Server IP Blacklist removal

My server IP was blacklisted for scam, fraud, and or malicious activities. after an ongoing investigation of server logs, I discovered that there was a server admin gathering IP addresses of members. Said person has been taken care of and no longer poses a threat. I would greatly appreciate it if my Blacklist could be removed. My server IP is 68.32.156.124

You don't just suddenly discover that someone you gave privileges to is gathering IP addresses. Please go into further detail.

sorry for the late response, It was brought to my attention by someone the IPs were sent to.
