switched to itch.io version and the vehicles are all flickery

help I switched to the itch.io version and my character and vehicles are flickering. it didn't do this when I was on the installer. the general faq literally just tells me to disable shadows. but I still want shadows
gpu: nivida gtx 1080

You have to disable shadows for the moment till it gets fixed.

I had the same issue, used the "classic materials" solution and I still have the shadows but no flickering.

Edit: Yeah, the character flickers for me also.
