well the car has no soundscript or triggers, so thats one thing you gotta do, theres also permission to do a release of your v2. Also theres a skinpack in repo for it. if this isnt helpful, i would suggest asking around

Sadly not, unless you get explicit permission (like gabester cars), it has to be private.

posting skins are allowed as long as its not ms paint bucket low quality. Mine was high quality and preserved the chrome colors so it was allowed (so was my beater burnside skin). Same rules apply to gabester cars. Full cars arent allowed without permission, while skins and addon parts are just fine as long as they are just skins and addon parts. I would read this btw as it includes detailed stuff
