Solved The game lags me when i horn.. is it issue with my pc?

So i have problem... The game lags me and i dont know why
Weird... i never seen that before the horn lags me....

EDIT: I see why! Auto hardware buffers management setting was making me game lag! Solved the problem!

Did this always happen, or is this a recent problem?
Does this happen with all cars?

Did it always do this, or has this started happening recently?
If it started happening recently, is there anything you can think of that you have done, that could have caused it?
Have you installed any new mods or soundpacks or, a windows update, or a driver update? or any setting in RoR you may have changed?
