Unsolved Thrustmaster Ferrari Spider 458 for xbox one.

So I bought this wheel and I am plugging it into my pc,then my pc and ROR Won't detect it.
I am doing something wrong?

The Ferrari 458 Spider RW is an Xbox One compliant racing wheel.

It is not supported by Windows platforms, and there are no drivers for it to work on Windows.
