Unsolved Unable to find Rigs of Rods folder

I was wanting to look into the Rigs of Rods folder to look at the particles, and I went into Program Files (X86) and couldn't find it. I know this is a sorta dumb question, but is it something to do with 4.8? (I am running RC5)
