Who composed the main menu tune?

Sorry if this has been asked before (I couldn't find it). Personally I think the composer did a great job and should get a Grammy award, but that might just be me. If anyone has any comments or pieces of info about it feel free to share.

I need the menu songs.

Does anybody know if you can extract the game's menu songs into your computer? I really like them.

The file is called main_menu_tune.wav and is located in sounds.zip. There is also a readme.txt that says:

main_menu_tune.wav
Copyright "Moncef Ben Slimane" also known as "Max98"

It is also on his soundcloud, in two parts, it seems. (Rigs of Rods Main Menu Tune Test 1, Liquid Horizon) https://soundcloud.com/yzcreator

So my guess is, he's the composer
