Why Do They Remove Formula one cars

There have been formula one cars in the past but the mods remove all of them the only one that wasnt taken down the "70s Lotus" isnt even usable
There is a ferrari f2004 that used to be here but was taken down and is only available through somebodys google drive

Why do they do this

The Lotus F1 70's is very usable, I said I'd show this video every time someone says it isn't:
