Protocol bump to 2.44.

Updated to latest code and 64bit architecture

- 64bit architecture only
- Updated to latest master branch and applied Fixed multithreading for good
- Replaced pthread with STL thread
- Fixed a ton of crashes
- Scripts updated to latest master branch
