Moved the buttons for drivable vehicles.

Moved the blinkers and also brought the plane brake back in (kind of, normal brakes this time)

No more choices, just steering wheel mode

Removed the shift mode changer button funtion and the plane ground brake as it wasn't working in the first place. Next update the L3 and R3 funtions get moved to R2 and L2. R3 is gonna be the e-brake
