92 lighting multiplayer ban?

why is the ford 92 lighting truck banned on multiplayer? i know i got it from either forums or repo.

The 1992 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning from the Ford F-Series Pack (f150_92_svt.truck and f150lightning92.truck) isn't banned in MP.
