A 3-car incident occurred on Interstate-57, near Comunimap city. A man, driving a red 1994 Dodge Ram, was distracted after his cellphone rang while driving, and he did not see the cyan Zeta pulled over until it was too late. The driver slammed on the brakes, but was unable to stop due to his heavy payload. A Gavril Omega ten following behind was unable to stop due to their brakes locking up, and went into the rear of the Felling tag trailer. However, the Dodge Ram driver was able to slow down enough to only cause around 7,500$ dollars of damage to the Cyan Zeta.

The total costs of the incident have come to around 37,500 dollars, with the driver of the red Dodge Ram at fault. Due to the impact the Omega Ten suffered, the driver had to be transported to the local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
