Mirrors can be toggled by pressing CTRL+V. Not all vehicles/mods support them though.

is there any way to lock the speed?
or does it stop the engine speed?
example: 50 miles without having to accelerate

If vehicle has cruise control you can toggle it with [space] and later adjust with ctrl+r and ctrl+f
