how to convert a .blend to a .mesh

how i convert my .blend to .mesh? here is the file it has no texture, or lights or camera in the file

If you have the Ogre command line tools and the .mesh exporter and importer plugin for blender, you can simply export the mesh file from within Blender, and if needed, convert the name_here.mesh.xml to a .mesh

The above post is correct, however for Blender 2.8+ you'll need to use this addon instead.

the addon is installed and blender gave me a error message that said can not find ogre xml converter, despite me giving it the path to the converter and following instructions and a .xml file. i manually the opened the .xml file with the ogre xml converter and got a .mesh. that does this with only with this .blend and it derivatives but not others. the blender errors are like this: and what it looks like mesh viewer also i do not think anything is wrong with the .blend file,
also no clue what is wrong. sorry for late reply
