How to shrink vehicles

Ok, so, I have one vehicle, but I want to make is smaller lengthwise, but I don't know how, can anybody help me out? thanks in advance

For context, the vehicle is one of the old ones from the ror mini page (it's the 1930's truck to be exact) and i feel like it's a bit too long, and want to sorta make itmore in scale to the proper thing, to a point

I'm not an expert in vehicle creation!

3D model (if present), N/B structure and .truck file editing will be most probably needed sadly, can't help with that, but just want to warn you, it's not gonna be easy :c
