RoR setup or RoR.exe (2022.12) not open (FIXED)

When i install RoR setup,it doesn't even open,i tried even downloading it from Itch.io,but it still doesn't open,I will be grateful if you help me,thanks.

What exactly do you mean by 'not opening'? Do you get an error message, or does nothing appear on screen when you double-click the desktop shortcut (or RoR.exe)? Please upload your RoR.log (in Documents\My Games\Rigs of Rods\logs)
