Server won't start

I migrated to a new system and can't get my server to run, Ports are forwarded, and the app is pardoned in Windows Security. The Log file is attached

This is a DNS issue. Make sure it's properly configured and test with the Windows nslookup tool.

An example of an nslookup on api.rigsofrods.org
