Yes, I plan on adding a GUID to all of Gabester's vehicles and creating color packs for them.

I do not plan on adding any more colors. You can create your own colors by using the PSD attached to the MV4 thread.

In this case your only choice is to use Photoshop. Paint.net does have a PSD plugin, but it doesn't support the features required by this file.

Are you sure you replaced the old MV4 zip? Placing the new MV4 zip and the skinzip into the mods folder should work without problems.
