Why are certain cars not showing in-game?

This is my second posting here. I hope I don't bother you all.

I downloaded a bus from the Mini Pictures archive, the Mercedes-Benz Citaro and I added it to the mods folder and booted up the software. I was looking for the bus and I typed the name in the search bar but nothing appeared. I tried changing the file from .rar to .zip, but it still did not appear. This is not the only car that vanished!

Works for me after extracting the .rar contents and zipping them instead.

Didn't work. I redownloaded it and unzipped it and rezipped it and put it in my mods folder. I booted up the software and the bus still didn't show up.
