made it slighty faster (tops out at about 150 ish)

small fixes to its driving (but i still forgot to fix the reverse glitch)

reverse top speed has been reduced to around 45 kph

In fact, instead of increasing the maximum engine speed to go faster, it's better to reduce the gear ratio.
