The Repository file currently cannot be approved for the following reasons:

1. The skins do not preserve the original details/AO. Please use the skinning templates provided here.
2. Repository vehicles must be a complete package in order for players to download through the in-game Repository browser.

maybe we should do the same as with the mv4 electric awd's first release, namely putting the mv4 material and mesh and all off the files in this picture
(and outside of this picture), into the GavrilEV.zip, maybe then it will be download and go

whats fixed?:
braking
top speed has been raised to 181 kilometres per hour

known bugs for this version:
skins dont seem to work after i changed up the braking
i currently do not know how to solve this issue,
maybe razmott knows

UPDATE ENTRY 2.1

second issue has been fixed, pack is now its seperate file and can be downloaded, then instantly put into mods folder, then you can use it (delete old files from gavrilmv4.zip)

the first issue mike mentioned hasnt been fixed tho, as i do not know how to make skins, we might fix that later
skins function normally again (atleast to my testing)

promo pics have been updated

UPDATE VERSION 2.2 (FINALLY BRUH)

re-added the rear taillight glass, as i accidentally deleted it.

not any other changes,
next update will most likely release only when razmotts skins are done, then, i will try to get it accepted for the repository.
