How did you discover Rigs of Rods?

Honestly, I don't know. Had to have been 2009 or thereabouts, back when my main PC was an out-of-date 2001 HP, and my laptop the cheapest Dell on offer at that time. ROR ran, but on very low settings.

How did I rediscover it? One, I always found the BeamNG community immature and full of drama to begin with--plus they were more concerned about copyright infringement over some pretty inappropriate behavior both on the repository and in the forums. Also, things like people selling their mods left a sour taste in my mouth. Also--want to make a car, but lack Blender experience--then you'll have to spend $30 on top of the already pricey BeamNG for Automation.

Thus, it's back to ROR for the car-related stuff--plus American Truck Simulator, FlightGear, Microsoft Flight Simulator (FSX and 2020), and occasionally Farm Simulator. Also, I'm planning on messing around in the editor to make my own vehicles.

I found it by looking at the Wikipedia page for... BeamNG... yes. I started watching videos on YouTube, and, with a bit of reluctance (because for me (at that time a year ago) a free game that promises physics like that is suspect); I downloaded it. At first I was a bit disappointed that not all the vehicles deform (lol), but it was a real favorite.
