WIP - Beta Released Neoqueretaro Signage/localization mod

this is a translation/improvement mod for neoqueretaro,
so now you won't get lost anymore! (kind of)
• added light up road signs

•translated existing road names to more of an american style

•flipped the traffic lights over to be more "normal"

•added navigational city block/address numbers; helps with traveling / rp


here's how to install:

• drag semaforo folder directly into neo
• drag in the outside textures for the translated signage
• flipped traffic lights -> drag folder from traffic light textures into neo

add the edited .terrn2 & .tobj into the Neoqueretaro zip

project is not complete yet so feel free to suggest / add things!

"cereso" prison signed properly on overheads (i originally called it king's castle)

really? i've always thought it was a castle

edit:

oh yeah. that's definitely a prison

its name, "ceresoQr", is named after the Cereso prison in Juarez. :O

weird that it would be named & probably designed after the prison in chihuahua but the sheer size of it & grey walls with BIG spire panopticons & a big door in the middle made it appear like a castle

the giant doors to the wall appear reminiscent of a drawbridge or a castle entrance
